A volunteer chooses a number and writes it on a pad of paper. The performer shows 7 cards that are blank on one side and have numbers on the other side. The performer asks the volunteer if their number appears on each card. At no time does the performer look at the numbers on the cards. After reviewing all 7 cards, the performer writes down a number. Both then reveal their numbers.
