A MENTAL TELEPATHY “TEST”!

Two identical laminated cards containing all 52 playing cards are shown. A volunteer selects one, secretly circles one playing card and then places the card into an envelope. The volunteer is then shown a number of sheets that appear to have nothing on the back and have the name of playing cards on the front and is asked if they see the name of the playing card they have chosen. THE PERFORMER AT NO TIME LOOKS AT THE LIST ON THE FRONT OF THE CARDS.

By simple “yes” or “no” answers, the performer is able to identify which playing card has been chosen. The performer takes the second card of 52 playing cards and secretly circles one of the playing cards. The volunteer is then asked to remove the card from the envelope and to reveal their chosen card to the audience. The performer then reveals the playing card he has circled.
