A volunteer shakes two 10 sided dice to randomly arrive at a year in the 21st Century and records the year that is shown. The volunteer is then shown a number of cards that appear to have nothing on the back and have the years of the 21st Century listed on the front and is asked if they see the chosen year on that card. THE PERFORMER AT NO TIME LOOKS AT THE LIST ON THE FRONT OF THE CARDS.
By simple “yes” or “no” answers, the performer is able to identify which year has been chosen. The performer takes a picture frame that has been divided into 16 squares and proceeds to randomly fill in numbers into each square. The volunteer is asked to reveal their randomly arrived at year. The performer totals up the numbers in 18 different ways and the result will always equal the chosen year.
